Every store that buys is credited to the partner who referred it. There are two ways to make sure that's you.
Share your personal link or give the store your code. When they contact us to buy or activate, they tell us the code. If they came through your link, it's added to their WhatsApp message automatically.
Register the store's name and phone number in your partner dashboard. The first partner to submit a store holds it, so do it as soon as you've spoken to them.
When a store you referred pays for its Store Manager Pro license. Commission applies to the one-time license sale only, not to Cloud Sync subscriptions or other fees.
A percentage of the license price. Your rate is agreed with you when your application is approved, and you can see it in your dashboard. A sale keeps the rate it was recorded at.
The first partner to submit the store's phone number in their dashboard holds it. If nobody submitted it, the sale is credited to the code the store mentions when it buys.
We pay commissions out manually, to the mobile money number or bank account you add in your partner dashboard, after the store's payment reaches us. Your dashboard shows each one as awaiting payout or paid, with the date and payment reference.
If a store's sale is refunded or cancelled, its commission is reversed and we email you the reason. If that commission had already been paid to you, you agree to return it, as set out in the terms.
